The Diaco family – which quite literally includes family members Joseph F. Diaco, Jr. (“Jay”, the managing partner), his brothers Dan Diaco and Stephen, and his first cousin Scott Arthur – has been serving the Tampa Bay area for decades in the legal field.
Jay has a long history as a highly skilled trial lawyer, dating back to his leadership on Stetson University Law School’s trial team (the number one ranked trial advocacy program in the nation) and extending through his decades of private practice marked by numerous successful settlements and jury trials, including high profile, high stakes cases. Since graduating from Georgetown Law 20 years ago, Scott Arthur has devoted his practice solely to representing victims of negligence and policyholders who have been mistreated by their insurance companies, and has long been recognized by his peers for his expertise in handling complex cases, including through trial and appeal in both state and federal courts throughout Florida. Not to be outdone, “Doctor Dan, Esq.” has served the community in the fields of medicine and the law, bringing a deep understanding of the nature and severity of the injuries suffered by our clients by drawing from his decades of practice as a board certified plastic surgeon.
Like any family, the Diaco family has been through its own trials and tribulations, and understand our clients come to us when they are at their most vulnerable, experiencing pain, grief, anxiety, and confusion.
